- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface with a point facing you. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom point over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
- Seal the top point with beaten egg.
- Place egg rolls seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra crunch, fry the egg rolls instead of baking them.
- Serve with additional Buffalo sauce or ranch for dipping.
