Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface with a point facing you. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto the center of the wrapper.
  4. Fold the bottom point over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
  5. Seal the top point with beaten egg.
  6. Place egg rolls seam side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, fry the egg rolls instead of baking them.
