- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup crushed Oreos
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
- In a separate bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread with melted butter.
- Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, and crushed Oreos over the butter.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
- While the rolls are baking, mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and heavy cream to create icing.
- Once rolls are done, drizzle with creamy icing and extra crushed Oreos.
Notes
- For a more intense blue color, you can add blue food coloring to the dough.
- Serve warm for the best experience.
