- 1 cup crushed pistachios
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups blackberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed pistachios, flour, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, mix blackberries, honey, salt, and eggs.
- Pour the blackberry mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Try substituting almonds for a different flavor.
- Adjust the sweetness of the bars by adding more or less honey.
