Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine the feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, and garlic.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Bake for 30 minutes until the tomatoes burst and the feta is golden.
- While baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Once baked, mash the feta and tomatoes together, then mix in the cooked pasta and spinach.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
