- 1 pound chicken thighs
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup BBQ sauce

- 1 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade and let sit for 20 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- While the chicken is cooking, heat the olive oil in a skillet and add the cooked rice.
- Stir in the chopped green onions and mix well.
- Once cooked, slice the chicken and serve it over the rice.
