Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cooked chicken, coleslaw mix, and BBQ sauce until well combined.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and top with green onions and cheddar cheese.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and slice them in half before serving.
