Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapenos
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 12 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and wrap it with bacon slices.
  5. Place the meatloaf on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour.
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
