- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapenos
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 slices bacon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and wrap it with bacon slices.
- Place the meatloaf on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For extra heat, include more jalapenos or use spicy cheese.
- Make sure to let the meatloaf rest before cutting to retain juices.
