Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Shape the mixture into a loaf and wrap it with bacon slices, securing them with toothpicks if necessary.
- Place the meatloaf in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour or until fully cooked.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For spicier meatloaf, leave some seeds in the jalapenos.
