- 1 package eggroll wrappers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 jalapeños, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each eggroll wrapper and roll them tightly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Carefully place the eggrolls in the hot oil and fry until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider mixing in some shredded chicken.
- These eggrolls can be made ahead and frozen before frying.
