- 4 large eggs
- 2 slices turkey bacon

- 4 flour tortillas

Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper, then pour them into the skillet.
- Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
- On a tortilla, layer some of the eggs, turkey bacon, and cheddar cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook in the skillet with butter on both sides until golden.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add diced bell peppers or onions to the eggs.
- These quesadillas can be made ahead and reheated for a quick breakfast.
