- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 large apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a skillet, sauté diced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon until soft. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
- Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust, add a layer of sautéed apples, then top with the remaining batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool before refrigerating.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add nuts to the crumble topping.
- Let the cheesecake chill overnight for the best texture.
