- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with apple cider.
- Mix until just combined and pour into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped apples to the batter.
- Serve with a drizzle of caramel sauce.
