- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla, apple cider, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until set.
- Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use room temperature ingredients.
- Top with whipped cream and caramel for an extra treat.
