Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
