Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in the eggs, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, spray the chicken with olive oil before air frying.
- Serve with a side salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
